FOR more than 30 years, the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) has been running the Malaysian Annual Real Estate Convention (MAREC) where practitioners converge and learn.

While the property market remains soft, MAREC 2016 organising chairman Amanda Goh said this year’s convention was more relevant than ever as it aimed to equip practising real estate agents and negotiators on ways to meet challenges and overcome adversity.
