Students will now have to exercise their critical thinking skills instead of memorising when doing their UPSR examination for Chinese Language this year, say teachers of the subject.
In a two-day workshop to formulate new modules for the Chinese Language subject, teachers from around Perak gathered at a hotel here to construct questions and come up with teaching techniques for teachers to master High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions.
