THE WEATHER was hot and bright and the sun was certainly shining on Tan Sri Kong Cho Ha as he was all smiles for the Chinese New Year open house at his residence in Sitiawan on the first day of the New Year.
Kong and his wife Puan Sri Chan Tat Chin were busy greeting hundred of guest and even took the time to take photos with them.
