Build petrol stations, say motorists

KEMAMAN: The motorists using the East Coast Highway 2 (LPT2) want the government or the relevant authorities to expedite the construction of petrol stations along the highway for the convenience of users.

A motorist, Ahmad Naufal Amir, 32, from Kuala Lumpur who was going back to his hometown in Kota Baru, Kelantan but ran out of fuel at the Paka Intersection said he was using the highway for the first time and did not know there was no petrol station on the LPT2 since no signboards were installed.
