ASPEN Group, a property development company based in Penang, received the ‘Green Mark Gold Award’ for its efforts in restoring a 1929 heritage building in Macalister Road, as its headquarters.
The group had invested more than RM10mil in refurbishing the building, which is classified under Category 2 of heritage buildings in George Town.
