RESIDENTS of Lorong Mahsuri 5 in Bayan Baru, Penang, are facing a host of problems such as traffic congestion caused by a single access road and flooding due to development in the area.
On Saturday, they had to put up with a new problem when a housing developer set up a 30m tower crane located just six metres away from their houses.
