THE Batu Road Retailers Association (Barra) aims to achieve RM5mil in retail revenue for the shopping district within two weeks with the Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman Year End Sales Festival (JTAR YES’FEST) Big Spender Campaign, which runs until Dec 31.

It was launched by Tourism Malaysia (Promotion) deputy director-general Datuk Azizan Nordin in line with the Visit Malaysia Year 2015 – Year of Festivals campaign.
