In truth, most of us have a hard time maintaining long hair as it would have gone through some sort of treatment or other such as perming, straightening and dyeing, not to mention the many products and chemicals which we subject our hair to. Besides, as we age, our hair needs more nourishment as it is exposed to external factors such as UV rays, pollution and air-conditioning.
