Limited appeal

Big make-up names like Lancome, Anna Sui and M.A.C already have many best-selling, well-known products. But they and other cosmetics brands are boosting their appeal with limited-edition lines these days. 

These products are either targeted at specific events or seasons, such as Mother's Day, or are on sale only in fixed amounts for a short period of time.
