Dine with Jonathan Phang – now cook his dishes

For participants of the gourmet adventure on board the Eastern & Oriental Express, the highlight was meeting celebrity chef and host Jonathan Phang, and enjoying a five-course Caribbean-style dinner prepared by him. As one of the winners of the “Jonathan Phang’s Gourmet Getaway” contest said: “It’s all about the food!”

With a career spanning 30 years and numerous hit television shows under his belt, his latest culinary adventure, Jonathan Phang’s Gourmet Trains on Asian Food Channel, has taken him across the world – from London to Bangkok – on board some of the world’s most elegant trains.
