The recent Titi 100 was billed as the “toughest road ultra” 100km race in Malaysia. Imagine running for 100km from Hulu Langat, Selangor through forested hills to Titi, Negeri Sembilan – and back!
To make matters worse, the route included two major hills, which, when added up, meant that runners had to climb about 1,500 metres (like running up Fraser’s Hill)!
