Floods still critical
first casualty reported

At least 12 villages in Kedah and eight places in Penang were still flooded on Sunday night, while 384 families are still putting up in relief centres in both states following a 10-hour downpour on Saturday. The floods also claimed its first victim in Kedah when a 73-year-old woman drowned in Sungai Dulang Kechil, Yan.
