KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks in focus on Wednesday include Bermaz Auto, CapitaLand, SCIB, Unitrade, CI, Malakoff, Kinergy, Sarawak Cable, Yinson and Barakah, said Apex Securities Research.

Bermaz Auto Bhd (BAuto) second quarter ended Oct 31, 2023 net profit rose to RM90.1mil from RM65.67mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue in the second quarter grew to RM1bil from RM782.97mil a year earlier, underpinned by improvements in the supply chains and vehicle shipments.

Capitaland Malaysia Trust Bhd (CLMT) said it has converted its loan facility of RM693 million from CIMB Bank Bhd into a sustainability-linked loan facility for the funding of the acquisition of Queensbay Mall in Penang.

Sarawak Consolidated Industries Bhd (SCIB) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for a potential joint venture residential development project in Bintulu, Sarawak, with a projected gross development value of RM250 million.
