Sasbadi wins RM486,505.60 contract from MoE


KUALA LUMPUR: Sasbadi Holdings Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Sasbadi Sdn Bhd (SSB) has secured a RM486,505.60 contract from the Education Ministry (MoE).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Sasbadi said the contract is for the supply and delivery of market-ready digital solutions in line with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) Year 5 for the school session usage from 2024.

The contract is for the period from Sept 1, 2023 to Aug 31, 2025.

“SSB is expected to deliver the contract from the first quarter of the financial year ending Aug 31, 2024.

“In this regard, the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Sasbadi group for the financial year ending Aug 31, 2024 and onwards, during the duration of the contract,” Sasbadi said.
