PETALING JAYA: Genetec Technology Bhd
’s move to transfer its listing status from the ACE Market to the Main Market has been approved by Bursa Malaysia.
In a filing with the stock exchange, the company said the Securities Commission had approved the proposed transfer under Section 214(1) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 and under the bumiputra equity requirement for public-listed companies.
