Bina Puri inks solar power deal


In a statement, Bina Puri said BP Energy will design, construct, test, commission, own, operate and maintain a solar photovoltaic energy generating facility with a capacity of 5.00MW in Kunak, Sabah, for connection to Sabah Electricity’s medium-voltage distribution network at PMU Kunak.

KUALA LUMPUR: Bina Puri Holdings Bhd’s unit BP Energy Sdn Bhd has signed a power purchase agreement for a large-scale solar photovoltaic plant with Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd.

In a statement, Bina Puri said BP Energy will design, construct, test, commission, own, operate and maintain a solar photovoltaic energy generating facility with a capacity of 5.00MW in Kunak, Sabah, for connection to Sabah Electricity’s medium-voltage distribution network at PMU Kunak.
