Atrium REIT’s Q2 net income up 5.8%

PETALING JAYA: Atrium Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) saw its net income increase 5.8% to RM5.4mil for the second quarter (Q2) ended June 30, 2021, from RM5.1mil in the corresponding quarter last year on higher revenue and other income.

It announced a second interim distribution of 2.20 sen per unit, payable on Aug 30.
