Ancom makes offer for Nylex’s business


Ancom group CEO Lee Cheun Wei said that through the consolidation exercise, the group would become a much larger and stronger chemical entity with interest spanning across agrichemical and industrial chemical business in Malaysia as well as the world market.

PETALING JAYA: Ancom Bhd has made an offer to buy all the assets and liabilities of Nylex (M) Bhd for RM179.3mil, translating into RM1 per Nylex share.

At the moment, Ancom owns 90.13 million shares or a 50.27% stake in Nylex.
