Mulpha unit gets credit facility


Mulpha is a diversified company focusing on real estate and property-related services and financial services.

PETALING JAYA: Loss-making Mulpha International Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Mulpha Australia (Holdings) Pty Ltd has accepted a syndicated credit facility of A$342mil or about RM1.07bil to finance the refurbishment works at its InterContinental Sydney Hotel in Australia.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Mulpha said it received the credit facility from Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp Ltd and United Overseas Bank Ltd.
