Bertam Alliance’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary MV Properties Sdn Bhd (MVSB) is being sued by the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) for RM17.67mil in outstanding tax payments, inclusive of penalties for the assessment year 2017.
