Amway to pay five sen dividend

PETALING JAYA: Amway (M) Holdings Bhd has announced a second interim dividend of five sen per share for the second quarter (Q2) ended June 30,2020.

The multi-level marketing company said its net profit fell 9% to RM16.8mil for 2Q20 from RM18.5mil in the corresponding quarter last year, resulting in its earnings per share declining to 10.23 sen from 11.25 sen.

It attributed the lower earnings to higher import cost arising from unfavourable foreign exchange.
