Aemulus plans to raise funds

PETALING JAYA: Semiconductor test solutions firm Aemulus Holdings Bhd has proposed a private placement to raise up to RM23.62mil, which will mainly go towards new business investments, research and development (R&D) activities, and repayment of bank borrowings.

The private placement of up to 54.94 million new ordinary shares in Aemulus, representing 10% of the company’s total issued shares, would be at an issue price to be determined by the board later, it said.
