Independent auditor raises concerns about Sarawak Cable


EY noted the group and the company incurred a net loss of RM86.6mil (2018: RM38.8mil) and RM104.2mil (2018: RM34.7mil) in FY19.

KUALA LUMPUR: Loss-making Sarawak Cable Bhd's independent auditors, Messrs Ernst & Young PLT, have issued an unqualified audit opinion about the outlook for the company.

It said in a statement issued on Thursday the opinion was with emphasis of matter on material uncertainty relating to going concern, which was related to its audited financial statements for FY ended Dec 31,2019.
