Axiata in talks with 11 potential partners for digital licence

KUALA LUMPUR: Axiata Group Bhd, which returned to the black in the fourth quarter of financial year ended Dec 31,2019 (4Q19), is in talks with 11 potential partners to bid for a digital banking licence from Bank Negara.

The submission of the bid to the central bank is expected to be in June this year.
