PETALING JAYA: Scomi Energy Services Bhd has been designated as a Practice Note 17 (PN 17) company after Bursa Malaysia rejected its waiver from being classified as an affected listed issuer.

The company’s application was rejected as Bursa Securities was concerned about its sustainability and growth potential of the existing/remaining business and the ability to generate sufficient revenue and thus profitability.
