Baba Eco Group opens at 16 sen on LEAP Market


KUALA LUMPUR: Baba Eco Group Bhd made a steady debut on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia on Monday, opening at 16 sen, or three sen above its offer price of 13 sen.

At 9.03am, it was trading at 16 sen with 130,500 shares done.

The FBM KLCI was down 1.83 points or 0.11% to 1,656,36. Turnover was 95.45 million shares valued at RM24.68mil. There were 123 gainers, 51 losers and 180 counters unchanged.

Under its listing exercise, it offered 27.50 million new shares at an issue price of 13 sen each.

It provides gardening supplies under the Baba brand name, manufactures and trades in biodegradable flower pots, planting media, and other plastic-injection-moulding products.
