Bina Darulaman launches new phase

Companies that provide short-term consumer loans at high interest rates are on the increase in countries like Indonesia and the Philippines as many people struggle to get advances through traditional channels such as banks.

KUALA LUMPUR: Bina Darulaman Bhd’s (BDB) property development arm Kedah Holdings Sdn Bhd has launched a new phase at its Bandar Sejahtera housing project with a gross development value of RM32mil.

BDB, which is majority owned by the Kedah State Development Corporation, said in a statement that the development in Section 8, Bandar Pokok Sena, was expected to meet the housing demand of people living in the area and around Alor Setar.
