KUB sees large off-market trade

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Country View said that the acquisition

PETALING JAYA: KUB Malaysia Bhd saw 178.07 million shares crossed at 68 sen which is a large premium of 28.5 sen over yesterday’s close of 39.5 sen.

The block represents 32% of the company’s total share base of 556.46 million.
