’s wholly owned unit Enra Kimia Sdn Bhd has integrated its recently acquired International Chemicals Engineering Pty Ltd (ICE) with the group’s gas odorant business division.
Enra said in a statement that Enra Kimia acquired 100% of ICE as part of its regional expansion in the specialty chemicals sector. This acquisition was completed on July 24, 2018 for A$2.9mil.
