Rozabil no longer Iris substantial shareholder


Rozabil, the former Arau Umno division vice-chief, still retains a 4.27% direct and indirect equity interest in Iris.

KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Rozabil Abdul Rahman has ceased to be a substantial shareholder in Iris Corp Bhd after his investment vehicle sold another block of shares to his business partner Datuk Paul Poh Yang Hong.

Following the latest disposal, the Arau Umno division vice-chief’s direct and indirect stake in Iris was reduced to 4.27%, separate filings with Bursa Malaysia today showed.
