Eden disposes of loss-making unit


PETALING JAYA: Eden Inc Bhd has disposed of its loss-making subsidiary Time Era Industries Sdn Bhd (TEISB) for RM74,274.58 to beef up its balance sheet.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Eden said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Time Era Sdn Bhd, had entered into a shares sale agreement Loh Teck Heng and Ng See Peng for the disposal of 100,000 ordinary shares, representing TEISB’s entire issued and paid-up share capital.
