’s Setia Fontaines, the eco-themed, mixed development township in Penang has garnered a lot of interest and is attracting enquiries from potential customers in droves.
SP Setia general manager (property north) Ricky Yeo (pic) says the developer is expected to officially launch the first phase of the RM13.05bil gross development (GDV) township in Bertam in the fourth quarter of this year.
