Axis REIT wants to buy industrial facility for RM18.5mil


In a report yesterday, UOB Kay Hian Research said net profit grew 9.8% in 2017, adding that the Reit sector growth in 2018 should come mainly from Axis Reit, as it will recognise the contribution of Axis Mega development.

PETALING JAYA: Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (Axis REIT) is proposing to acquire an industrial facility in Negri Sembilan for RM18.5mil.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing yesterday, Axis REIT said the proposed acquisition of the building, with an estimated annual yield of 7.7% before financing costs, was in line with the fund’s investment growth strategy.
