KUALA LUMPUR: CN Asia Corporation Bhd will be uplifted from the Practice Note 17 with effect from Tuesday.
CN Asia said on Monday that it had regularised its financial condition and it no longer triggered any of the criteria under Paragraph 2.1 of PN17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements.
“After due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the matter, Bursa Malaysia Securities has decided to approve the company's application for an upliftment from being classified as a PN17 company,” it said.
CN Asia manufactures underground and skid tanks, pressure vessels, road tanker, pipings for the petroleum industry and also engineering and fabrication.
It share price was last traded at 49 sen.
