PETALING JAYA: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd has secured 13 contracts worth RM465.1mil pertaining to operations and maintenance (O&M) and engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) works.
In a statement Monday, the global integrated engineering services provider said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd had secured seven new O&M contracts and one EPCC contract.
The company added that its other wholly-owned subsidiary, PT Serba Dinamik Indonesia, also secured three new O&M contacts and two new EPCC contracts.
Serba Dinamik said the contracts would keep the company occupied for two decades.
In the same statement, Serba Dinamik group managing director and group chief executive director Datuk Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah said the contracts would help the company strengthen its foothold in Indonesia, adding that one of the EPCC jobs would keep it busy till 2033.
“We are pleased that this project will contribute towards enhancing our earnings for a long term as well as brings us one step closer to our internal target for this year.
“We have also managed to enter Kazakhstan through our first work contract there, which further strengthens our foothold in Central Asia. We are optimistic and confident that there will be more opportunities to enlarge our market presence in the region,” he said.
