Ge-Shen unit signs tenancy deal to expand ops


Ge-Shen is looking towards factory expansion across its subsidiaries to increase factory space and manufacturing assets in order to, among others, improve sales and cost structure and gain economies of scale.

PETALING JAYA: Ge-Shen Corp Bhd’s subsidiary Demand Options Sdn Bhd has entered into a “tenancy with option to purchase agreement” with Taiwan Chief Precision Technology Sdn Bhd.

Under the deal, Demand Options will rent Taiwan Chief Precision’s premises for 15 months at a monthly rental of RM23,000, followed by the option to purchase the property for RM7.3mil.
