SP Setia bags hat-trick at FIABCI awards

KUALA LUMPUR: SP Setia Bhd has stuck another feather in its cap by winning three gold awards at the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2018.

The property developer picked up the awards for the Affordable Housing Category for the Seri Kasturi Apartment project in Setia Alam; Master Plan Category for Setia Eco Glades project in Cyberjaya; and Sustainable Development Category for the Eco Sanctuary project in Singapore.

These wins bring SP Setia's winning tally at the World Prix d'Excellence Awards to 10.

"This historic win is testament to our impeccable reputation and will further cement our stronghold in the property industry in Malaysia, also leading to more recognition in the international market," said president and CEO Datuk Khor Chap Jen, who decribed the win as a milestone for the property developer.

SP Setia’s previous international FIABCI Prix d’Excellence award wins include best master plan developments for Setia Eco Park, Setia Eco Gardens and Setia Alam; best retail development for Setia City Mall and best residential (low-rise) development for Setia Eco Park while the 28-acre park complex, Eco Greens at Setia Eco Gardens, took home the award for the best purpose-built/specialised project category.
