EPF, AIA hold key to Lim’s reorganisation plan

At the heart of the proposed reorganisation plan of Tan Sri Lim Kang Hoo is the question of valuation on a 1,000 odd acres piece of land in Johor.

According to the circular to the shareholder, the land has a potential market value of RM3.6bil or RM84.49 per square feet (psf) for which Ekovest Bhd shareholders will get to acquire at almost 25% of its price.
