Datuk Seri Azmi Abdul Aziz's contract as Prasarana Malaysia Bhd
KUALA LUMPUR: IJM Corporation Bhd
has secured a RM1.11bil contract for the underground package of the Light Rail Transit Transit 3 (LRT 3) from Bandar Utama to Johan Setia.
IJM said on Tuesday its unit IJM Construction had accepted the contract from Prasarana Malaysia Bhd to undertake the project. The completion period is 31 months.
The project involves design, construction and completion of underground tunnel, stations, ancillary buildings and other associated works.
“The project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the group from the financial years ending March 31, 2019 to 2021,” it said.
