Wintoni seeks to set aside creditor’s petition


PETALING JAYA: Information technology company Wintoni Group Bhd is applying for a court order to set aside a petition by a creditor to wind up the company for non-payment of legal fees.

The company said in an announcement to Bursa Malaysia that it was not given any notice whatsoever of the winding up process and was not served with the statutory demand, not served with the petition and it was not served with a copy of the order dated Aug 17.
