KUALA LUMPUR: Tanco Holdings Bhd
is acquiring a four-storey building in Puchong for RM8mil from Wawasan Indera Sdn Bhd
The building will be used as its new corporate office following the decision to dispose of Duta Vista Executive Suites for RM50mil in July this year.
"The Property enjoys frontage to the LDP and is located within the commercial area between Bandar Puchong Jaya and Setiawalk, Puchong.
"Given the good accessibility and location, the Property has potential for future value appreciation."
According to Tanco's filing with Bursa Malaysia, the building has a gross floor area of 16,355 sq ft and is located on a 435 sq m tract. It will come with all its existing fixtures and fittings.
