KUALA LUMPUR: Mtouche Technology Bhd
is collaborating with A Conceptech Sdn Bhd to develop and promote the Online-to-Offline International Educational Hub and its programmes for higher learning and e-learning research activities.
"The objective of the MOU is to establish collaboration and explore opportunities between mTouche and A Conceptech and to provide mTouche the opportunity to gain additional capacity and the expertise on new technological knowledge in O2O higher learning sector," mTouche said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
A Conceptech, a company incorporated in Malaysia is a technology-focused higher learning facilitator company.
The MoU was signed between the two parties on Oct 2, 2017, and is valid for a period of six months, with the option to extend for a further six months.
At 10.30am, mTouche was trading 0.5 sen or 2.33% higher at 22 sen on the back of 5.73 million shares done.
