Mlabs joint venture receives US$10mil contract

KUALA LUMPUR:  MLABS Systems Bhd's joint venture with Red Dragon Media Ltd (RDM) has secured a US$10mil contract for computer generated imagery production work over a period of one year. 

Mlabs, which received the contract from RDM, will transfer the contract to the joint venture company, Gold Dragon Media Sdn Bhd, as soon as it becomes operational.

The filing with Bursa Malaysia comes further to the announcement that the Mlabs' unit Multimedia Research Lab Sdn Bhd and RDM had entered into an investment and shareholders' agreement.
