Kerjaya Prospek gets RM442mil contract


KUALA LUMPUR: Construction outfit Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd has received a RM442mil contract from Aspen Vision City Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Singapore-listed Aspen (Group) Holdings Ltd and IKEA Southeast Asia, to construct the main building works of Vertu Resort, a condominium project.

The company said in an announcement to Bursa Malaysia that the project consist of 1,246 condominium units in five 20-storey to 36-storey blocks to be built above an 8-storey car park podium with one storey above the car park for community recreational facilities.
