Isa Samad resigns from Encorp board


Mohd Isa(pic), who is also the former Felda chairman, had served as non-executive chairman on the board of Encorp since June 30, 2014. He was previously the Mentri Besar of Negri Sembilan between 1982 and 2004 and a former vice-president of Umno.

PETALING JAYA: Encorp Bhd has announced three resignations as well as three appointments to its board of directors.

This comes after the Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) indicated plans to improve the performance of the property development company, in which it has a 70.82% stake through its subsidiary Felda Investment Corp Sdn Bhd (FIC).
