KUCHING: OM Materials (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd is expected to produce some 35,000 tonnes of ferroalloys monthly from this month when it ramps up production at its smelting plant in Samalaju Industrial Park, Bintulu.
OM Sarawak will be in a steady state of operation by this month, according to Australian listed OM Holdings Ltd (OMH), which has a 75% stake in OM Sarawak. Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd (CMS) owns the remaining 25% in the joint venture company.
