PETALING JAYA: Axiata Group Bhd
’s subsidiary, edotco Group Sdn Bhd, has proposed to acquire a telecommunications tower company in Pakistan for US$90mil (RM385.4mil).
Through its unit edotco Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd, the group has entered into an agreement with Tower Share Ltd to acquire the latter’s entire stake in Tanzanite Tower Private Ltd.
