Sinmah plans tie-up with Encorp to develop mixed project in Melaka


PETALING JAYA: Sinmah Capital Bhd, a poultry producer, is proposing to tie up with property developer Encorp Bhd to develop a mixed project in Melaka.

The company, formerly known as Farm’s Best Bhd, said in a stock exchange filing that the tie-up would be through a joint venture (JV) between its unit, Sinmah Development Sdn Bhd, and Encorp’s unit Bukit Katil Sdn Bhd.
