KUALA LUMPUR: The public must report to financial authorities such as Bank Negara immediately when they come across investment schemes that offer too-good-to-be-true returns.
Urging the public to help authorities track down dubious schemes, Second Finance Minister Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani said people should not delay in making reports on questionable schemes to prevent these schemes from profiting further at the expense of the people.
