and a UK company, Nicol & Andrew Group plc (N&A Group) are planning an exclusive service partnership to provide services for the Malaysian oil and gas sector and other industries.
The energy services group said its unit Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd has signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with N&A Group to set out their intention of entering into an exclusive service partnership.
